These Terms are between you and United Music Streaming
Age and eligibility requirements
In order to use the United Music Streaming Service and access any Content, you need to (1) be 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your home country) or older, (2) have parent or guardian consent if you are a minor in your home country; (3) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws, and (4) reside in a country where the Service is available. You also promise that any registration information that you submit to United Music Streaming is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times If you are a minor in your home country, your parent or guardian will need to enter into these Terms on your behalf. You can find additional information regarding minimum age requirements in the registration process. If you do not meet the minimum age requirements, then United Music Streaming will be unable to register you as a user.

Hello, and thank you for visiting United Music Streaming's copyright policy page. United Music Streaming respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you are a copyright holder, or its agent, and you believe that any of the copyrighted material which is directly available via the United Music Streaming Service infringes your copyrighted work, please let us know.

A notification of alleged copyright infringement must be addressed to United Music Streaming's copyright agent as listed above. Please include as much detail as possible to allow us to identify the facts or circumstances, including, where possible:
A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
Specific identification of each copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
A description of where the material believed to be infringing is located on United Music Streaming Service or the United Music Streaming Websites (please be as detailed as possible and provide a URL to help us locate the material you are reporting);
Contact information for the complaining party, such as a complete name, address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the work(s) in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that the complaining party is the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed, or agent for the owner.
We should also let you know that United Music Streaming has a policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers.
