F. Blanco, born Cleotha Payne III, is an American rap/r&b artist from New Orleans. He released his first mixtape in January of 2016 which included features from Jose Guapo(Rich Kidz), Kidd Kidd(G-Unit), Neno Calvin(Rich Gang) & Big Kuntry Kane(Grand Hustle). Later on in 2021, he released a single intitled "In My Bag" in July of that year. His latest project entitled D.O.P.E.(Definition Of Pressure EP) was released in March of 2022 with singles "Don't Mind" & "Goin Digital".
